Hello lovlies, it's been awhile since I have posted anything. I definitely need to get into the swing of things again. I am still without internet at my place (currently stealing my neighbor's! Shhh!) so I haven't really used the internet except on my phone and at work. I've had a pretty good experience with that hiatus so I'll have to tell you my experience with it. In short, being without internet was wonderful. A little breather and I got to really explore my new surroundings. I recently moved to Venice, CA to be closer to the water and away from the "city," Desirable move but I have been settling slowly. Hopefully I'll be back IN the water instead of admiring it from my few blocks walk. Being without internet has also made me appreciate and love some more things than usual. I'm a fan. Here are some loves from the past week.
• Seeing friends I haven't seen in awhile • living on what I have • chivalry • sunny days • riding my bike to the beach with my coffee and enjoying the waves before I go out • being able to see my family this coming week • teaching myself new things • wonderful parents • laying out on the beach in February • new girlfriends • tofu wraps • finding a new café to work on my material • Kid Cudi • board games • hanging out with my new roommate, she's freaking awesome • gourmet dinners and generous people • Venice cottages • hugging • helping out a different area at work • new dresses on modcloth (okay, I will buy one with my tax return... maybe two) • ah, yes, tax returns! •
